EXCELLENT Last week my garage door spring broke. I couldn't find who had installed the door originally so started calling garage door companies. The 1st two were answered by recordings saying if you wern't already a customer, "go away" ( effectively) .
When I called Baileys number, the call was answered a "live" by Melissa, who sounded like she was happy to hear from me ! Her earliest appointment was a week out, but when I told her I was going out of town this weekend, She moved things around and a cheerful tech arrived a few days later& replaced my springs. He even replaced/installed missing bolts in the door frame. I understand service companies are having staffing challenges, but this is how you handle it ! Thank you Bailey's.
